Our mission is to give girls in Southern California a place to train with purpose, compete at a high level and grow into confident leaders. We combine committed coaching with a family-first culture so every athlete can reach her potential.

Our development philosophy

We believe great flag football players are built — through deliberate practice, smart coaching and real competition.

    Flag pulling, route running, footwork, throwing mechanics and coverage technique — taught with intent and repeated until they're second nature.

Queens teams compete in travel flag football tournaments, giving athletes the chance to test themselves against strong competition. Our high school club program helps older athletes build the skills, confidence and knowledge to earn opportunities at the next level.
